Submit your entry via the National Women in Agriculture Awards' online system.

You will need to register for an account via the awards website and then head to the categories page to select the awards you wish to enter; you may enter more than one category.

Once added to your basket, the online system allows you to save your entries and add to or edit them until entries close. Once you have completed the entry forms, press submit. 

To check that your entry is submitted correctly, log in via the awards website and look under the AWARDS header in your dashboard. All submitted entries will appear under Nominations. If your entry is not showing under Nominations, please check your Basket and Saved items.

There are 2 ways to make a nomination for an award. Which one you choose will depend on how much of the entry form and questions you are able to answer on their behalf. 

Completing the entry on someone's behalf

All entries must be submitted online, with the entry forms fully completed. Please look at the entry form for the category you are nominating for, before submitting. If you are nominating a person or business and are completing the entry form on their behalf, please ensure that you complete the entry form in full and provide all requested information. If you are unable to complete the entry form, please see below.

Nominate using the nomination form

If you would like to nominate someone but cannot complete the full entry form on their behalf, please fill in our nomination form and we will contact the nominee to enter and complete their entry form. Nominations can be anonymous if this is preferred. 

The National Women in Agriculture Awards are open to all UK-based businesses and women working within the industry.

You are welcome to submit multiple entries, but please ensure that you review the criteria for each category carefully before submitting.

Previous year’s winners are not eligible to enter the same category again; however, you may participate in different categories.

All entries must be submitted using the online form by Friday, January 31, 2025.

We understand that some information may be sensitive, and all business information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality (NDAs can be requested if needed).

The judges’ decisions are FINAL, and there will be no discussions or requests for clarification entertained.

These Awards are aimed at recognising women who demonstrably work within the UK's agricultural sectors.

Please read all category criteria and entry form questions thoroughly before entering, as this will indicate what is required of your entry. 

Please ensure you place the main component of your entry within the web-form and that you provide the information requested in each question.

You are encouraged to include additional information you believe will support your entry, as well as supporting material, but it should not comprise the main component of your entry.

Your entry will be judged based on the information you submit in the main entry form. You may submit additional supporting information, however this should enhance your entry and not replace the content of the entry form itself.

Now is your chance to shine, so don't hold back - share all the amazing achievements you’ve been working on!

Be sure to include concrete evidence of the impact you, your business, or innovation has had on your work, your team, and the broader industry.

The judges are particularly interested in quantifiable metrics related to business performance and growth. Keep it concise. Our judges will review many entries, so focus on making yours memorable!

Stick to the entry form guidelines; avoid straying from the specified format.

Remember, supporting documents should serve as just that - supporting evidence. Your primary entry should carry the majority of your submission.

Engaging narratives lead to victories. Individuals and companies that make positive changes or showcase innovation are highly valued. Share a story that illustrates why you are deserving of this award.
