Please be advised of our cancellation policy:

1. Written cancellations received up to six weeks prior to the event (until March 25, 2025) will be accepted, and a refund of 90% of the booking charge will be processed.

2. Post this date, no refunds can be provided.

3. Verbal cancellations will not be considered. Furthermore, if written cancellation is not received six weeks prior to the event (by March 25, 2025), full payment will remain due, regardless of the guest(s) attendance at the event.
